Sunday May 15th 2016 Album Launch for 2-CD retrospective, "Batten Down the Hatches" I've been playing the collection for the last few days. I know I'm biased but it sounds fantastic - covering the years from "Crawling to the Border" to "We're All Strangers Here". Derek even included my favourite "Hesitation Blues" as well as a host of new mixes ... and a couple of beautiful tracks from Sonia's album. Colin Lunt "Batten Down the Hatches" The 33-song, 2-CD collection celebrating 25 great KOKOMO years. Buzzing about Easter's show at the National Jazz Festival. Shane Davies and his team at Tauranga's Soundtree Productions filmed the whole event. Here's “You're Not The Only One” (from 2003's Songs Of Love And Not) with guest appearances from Grant Winterburn (piano), Nigel Gavin (guitar), Damian Forlong (trombone) and Robbie Laven (sax). Second up is "World's Most Jealous Girl" which started the concert - enjoy!
